Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.
Veterans United did an amazing job! Our home buying experience was made easy with the team that was provided! I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran that's looking to purchase a home!

After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology

Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing.
