This feedback has nothing to do with the team themselves, it has to do with the amount of paperwork required this time compared to the previous two homes we've purchased. Was there a change in the law? I felt that there were way more "to-dos" this time around which became frustrating toward the end.

I couldn't ask for a better team that was selective for me. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. No pressure, professional to the 100 power! The rating doesn't explain the ease that they made me feel. 10 out of 10 is too low. They deserve a 20 out of 20. Thank you for an excellent experience.
