The list goes on....Kayle deserves a shout out as much as any! I had issues with my smart phone, she assisted....I had good, and dumb questions....she was there, ready to answer the call. The final days, as closing approached....I sensed that I had EXACTLY the right type of people on my side! Low and behold....everything went off without a hitch. Has able to close a couple days early....and once you all heard that was my wish, you flexed and we made it happen! Now, the Huber's a safe and sound, in our new home...happy that we chose Veteran's United! Thank you all so much for doing what you do, the way you do it. Many don't buy houses everyday, so the personal care and support you showed really helped out one of the people! Much, much appreciated!Most sincerely,John and Tjuana Huber

Melissa was amazing. She was responsive to answering our questions in a timely manner. She communicated well and was super informative. She gave us several options and educated us on our loan options. Melissa was great! However, I did attempt to reach out to Rachel towards the end of the home buying process, and found she was not responsive in answering my questions and concerns. Overall, our process was stress-free and went smoothly. I would highly recommend to any military families. Thank you!

Extremely professional and he knows what he’s doing and you can reach him at anytime to answer y questions and keep me in the loop at all times. My loan was done prior to my closing date. Great job!

Utilities were listed as being set up but thay was not the case. A little more clarification on that would have been nice. Otherwise a flawless experience

The process was seamless. I really enjoyed the app, it made the process easy to navigate. Melissa Kunkel was great. She was very responsive to my every call. She took the time to answer every question fully.
