Everything went great. The only thing I would mention is that the Power of Attorney that was needed could have been could have been addressed sooner. I do not believe that this was the lender but communication between the Realtor, lender, and attorney to make sure these things are not being done last second would have been a little smoother. Other than that everything else was extremely professional and I was very impressed with service that was provided
Some of the resources in the portal were not necessarily accurate. For example, myVU portal has SpaceX being one of my only options for internet, asides from satellite. However, Spectrum services this area; and I would not have known if I didn't see the Spectrum van servicing other properties in the area. Additionally, the portal prompted me to transfer electric service via Dominion Energy. However, Community Electric Cooperative services our area, not Dominion Energy. Just small things, but all in all, amazing services provided to us by Veterans United.
Will definitely recommend to someone who is wanting to buy a home. You guys made the process quick and easy and made sure you took care of me and I really appreciate y’all doing such an amazing job. Heather was diligent and hardworking, she’d stay up late to look at houses and wake up early to respond to my texts because of my schedule, I really am happy with all the work everyone out in and would like to say again THANK YOU!!
I have to take a moment to shout out Laura Conlin. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, even after the pre-approval was done and she had handed my file off, she was still willing to answer questions that I had and help me in any way possible. She anticipated anything that underwriting may have wanted from me so that I was prepared for anything that could come up and really took the time to explain the process to me. Aside from her professionalism and efficiency, she was also a great time to work with! She had nothing but positive things to say about everyone that handled my file, Veterans United, and the approval process. I will be using Veterans United again because of her!

I gave 10 out 10 because of Kevin Warren and Chris coker. They were extremely helpful at every point of the process. I did not find Tasha Dockery helpful and as well as my agent had problems with her. If I need to explain in detail feel free to call me anytime at 757-777-5206.
