If it wasn't for Melissa, several steps within the loan process would have been missed due to too many of the Veterans United staff involved in our loan which caused miscommunication, lack of following up with us. Caused a lot of stress on us during the process. Simple initial steps were forgotten until well into the loan process that should have been handled at the very beginning which caused me to "drop" everything I was doing that day to hand carry documents.

Melissa and everyone on her team did absolutely amazing! Buying a home and doing it all virtually can be extremely stressful. Melissa and her team kept my wife and my stresses at bay. They were quick, efficient, and thoroughly communicated with us every step of the process. It didn’t feel like we were a 1000 miles away. Thankyou guys and I hope you all have wonderful Holiday.

There were a few hiccups in the process, but they pulled through and we were very happy in the end. Melissa, specifically, went above and beyond to fight for us to get the best deal and keep our business. And also to make sure we closed on time.
