James Walrod has been serving homebuyers in Hampton Roads since 2006. A graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, James studied management, finance, marketing and economics before building his career in mortgage lending. Nearly two decades of experience have given him a deep understanding of both the financial side of homeownership and the realities of getting a purchase transaction successfully to the closing table. James places a strong emphasis on relationships with his borrowers, real estate partners and the Hampton Roads community. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and two children.
