Billy received his Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and his Master of Arts from The University of Oklahoma. Billy joined the mortgage industry after serving 14 years of active duty as a Naval Aviator. He is currently serving in the Navy Reserve. During his time in the military, his family moved 10 times in a 12 year period – so Billy truly understands the stress involved in purchasing a home as a service member, and how important it is to provide world class customer service. Billy is passionate about Veterans United, because not only does he love working here, he is also a past client, so he helps his homebuyers with first-hand knowledge. When he’s not helping veterans become homeowners, Billy is spending time with his family or rooting for his favorite sports team.
Billy, is great. He is absolutely the reason we went with Veterans United. His wisdom and tutelage were instrumental in our home purchase. Can't thank him enough.
Great rate offered. Made home buying pretty much stress free. Great overall experience.
I'm so happy our amazing realtor helped me find Billy and Veterans United. We would not have been able to purchase our home without them! Billy responded quickly to all questions, guided us towards our best option with all of his knowledge, and genuinely made this whole experience much easier.
Billy was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond.
Billy was a tremendous partner in this business venture. He kept me engaged and informed of everything, while also worked to mitigate challenges before they became an issue.
Always available when I called. Helpful.
Billy is an extremely responsive and knowledgeable loan officer. He is a gem to work with, and I would whole heatedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a mortgage.
Billy is outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and so patient. My interactions with VU have always been stress free and uneventful with Billy handling my loan process. I always recommend Billy to co-workers and friends who are looking to purchase a home. Thank you, Billy Chard.
