I learned so much in this process. Everyone was so friendly and helped me so much. I got the perfect home for my family and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience working with Veterans United! Their online portal was very straightforward and extremely easy to use. Every document required had a brief explanation to clear up any confusion and if I still had questions, the team helping me through the process were always quick to reply. I had a very unique situation coming into this and Veterans United was more than happy to take on the challenge and help me get into my first home. I can't recommend them enough!

This feedback has nothing to do with the team themselves, it has to do with the amount of paperwork required this time compared to the previous two homes we've purchased. Was there a change in the law? I felt that there were way more "to-dos" this time around which became frustrating toward the end.

I really appreciate the team getting me through this. This been a long time process for me but I am fortune for those at Veterans United to help me through it. They provided the information and resources needed that I recommend all first home buyers to utilize.

Buying a home from Different Duty station is challenging. It is stressful and requires alot of communication. Even though we were able to close on time , a lot issues and missed communication happened that raised concerns with out purchases. Like I mentioned this is my second time utilizing Veterans United and I would do it again if I have to. However I will like to see better communication with our loan team. Thank You to everyone one .
