My agent Austin Butler was absolutely amazing. He was patient with us during the process of purchasing a new home and selling the one we currently own, and then again when we decided to not do any of that and just refinance our current home. He wasn't pushy and he completely understand everything we were trying to do. I very highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stuff done. I really hope he is around when we do decide to sell and purchase closer to where we want to be. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.
Just all around the best buying experience we have ever had.
I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
Everyone on the team I was working with was extremely helpful. As a first time home owner, I never felt like I was left in the dark and they were especially accommodating to the time difference. I would recommend this to anyone who has served or is currently serving.
Overall we were very pleased with the team from Veterans United. This was our second time using them for our home loan needs. They were generally very helpful, friendly and quick to respond.
Our only complaint is that the last week before closing there was much less communication. One of our team members was out of office, and her replacement was far less responsive. When closing day came we felt like we were in the dark on some things. We had a few issues at the closing table - specifically with the title company - and no one was answering the phone. It was quite frustrating. We also didn't know that the money transaction wouldn't take place at the closing table. We had to go into a physical bank. I'm disabled and my mother-in-law has mobility issues. It would have been very helpful to know this ahead of time. Those issues left a bad taste in our mouth, but the overall experience was good and we would use them again.

Purchasing my new home was a great experience, I really enjoyed the home search part and the professional job that Dave and the Veterans United Team did. I started seriously looking for a home in February and closed on my home in March. Serenity did an outstanding job, when I called her about a home, we was looking at that home the same. I am blessed. Thanks for the hospitality.

The team did a great job it was a very positive experience
This is my fourth time working with him from initial to refinance and he is the only guy I will work with. I recommend them to all my friends and they feel the same way.
Everything went smooth from start to finish. The speed and efficiency was outstanding. I will absolutely recommend VU if the opportunity arises.
I had an amazing experience working with the entire team! Thank you y'all for everything and truly appreciate all the help and guidance that was provided to me.

Karson Hill, Spencer Cole, and Tayla Breeden have been fantastic handling the entire process for me and answering all of my questions and providing the guidance I needed!
Easy process from start to finish , highly recommend
Veterans United made a dream come true that I thought was impossible! I stepped into the home buying process with no knowledge, and now I feel confident and comfortable with everything that has happened throughout the process. From the very beginning to the day I received the keys to my home, Veterans United blew me away. I highly recommend Veterans United!
I would do future deals with this VU team. Thanks to the team for taking care of me overall. Ryan, thanks for the numbers. Dawn, thanks for the great interactions and maintaining the momentum. Evan, thanks for offers and help. I appreciate each of you. Double thumbs up.Notes:1 thing I disliked is a last day change to cash to close. $600 pest treatment catch put on me, but VU gave some credits on top worth 3x that. So, I’m pleased overall.1 thing I would do different is scrutinize the hell out of the initial estimate with every line item and understand how it aligns to the deal. That makes my decisions thereafter better informed. I did not do this as well with frequent late nights and not enough time away from work and the rest of the life transition going on all in parallel, and possibly suffered from it. Not a fun time for me, but glad for this team.
