All of the problem were from third parties including VA, which took too long to review and eventually reject our application. When we then converted to conventional loan the timing was not optimal due to holiday schedules. Otherwise Justin and his team put a lot of work into getting out loan to close.
I happened to click one day while surfing real estate sites. It was a lucky click because the whole team is enthusiastic, well trained and organized, a real pleasure to work with through this complicated home buying process.
