Great staff and all of them very helpful.
Not sure why we had four people helping us. It may be helpful to explain their roles in the beginning, this way the veteran knows who to call with each question. We had Zach, Kyle, Monica and Ali helping us.
The process went very smooth and the team did a great job of keeping us informed and up to date on what needs to be completed. The communication was excellent, the response back to our questions was very quick and overall the team we worked with was very professional. It's hard to say in words what a blessing that we had such a wonderful team.
