Sam Brown was always there for us, even when one house purchase after another failed. He reassured and encouraged us, took care of all the details promptly, and was truly invaluable. Nancy also was great. It is largely due to the two of them that we finally have a house.

They explain everything so well and clearly! They answer all of your questions, no matter how many. And they make the process so easy! I thought doing everything virtually would be harder and less personal but truthfully it felt no different than going in person and they made me feel confident in my decisions. I highly recommend them!!

You made a difficult process easy.
Small issue with not being placed under the correct branch of service for my loan documents. Had to repeatedly correct info due to the system automation. I am part of a very small branch of service called the NOAA Corps and it is rather disappointing to continue having difficulty getting institutions to acknowledge our concerns existence. We are a uniformed branch of service and do receive VA benefits however rarely are we noted by organizations. We should be included in the drop down along with US Public Health Service.
A very good outfit to work with, and the website was easy to navigate. Their people were very good to work with, particularly Rachel and Brayden They both helped tremendously
I would have given Lee and Veterans an 10 out of 10 except for the problems with the gift from my son.
