I would recommend that you all invest in a map of the United States to include small communities! Our real estate agent, assigned by you folks was almost an hour away from where we were looking to buy!

Oh my goodness we did not expect the paperwork process and buying process to go as easy as it did with your team. They were quick to respond and notify us when things were needed additionally and the portal was so easy to use to upload the documentations. They were also very responsive if we had questions or needed more information with where we were at with the process as we went through it and worked so hard to help us get into our new home! The process was extremely smooth! Not only was our loan officer readily available even over the weekend for us to get real time info on houses we were looking at. Our loan processor as well was great to work with, quick with responses whether by email or text. We also had calls along the way from others with Veterans United to make sure everyone & everything was going smoothly and on track and offered additional help with knowing about other services Veterans United had to offer.
