The whole experience was smooth as far as I know since it was my first hose buying experience. Tasha Dockery was the best. She was so nice to talk to on the phone, even when I'm asking a bunch of questions and I don't understand a word she is saying. She was very patient.

My loan team at Veterans United was amazing! They made the process of refinancing on my home simple and understandable while providing me with guidance on the best options for my situation. I was able to get a better interest rate and mortgage payment with their help and the process was very efficient and quick. Most of the documents could be loaded electronically through their portal which is user friendly and welcomed during a pandemic. I would absolutely refer anyone to Veterans United and would do business with them again in the future.
