The VU team was professional, courteous and responsive. I sincerely appreciated all the “behind the scene” work by Rachel. She followed up and handled all of the inevitable kinks that go with refinancing! I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with VU. Great job by the whole VU team!
I was no notified that if my Closing Date changed I would have points taken. End up having to pay for points because the Closing date got extended due to COVID-19
