We had an exceptional experience with Veterans United and their staff. The level of professionalism and excellent customer service is amazing. From the moment we called and spoke with an agent regarding starting a home loan application it was nothing but exceptional customer service. Their knowledge, dedication and hard work made this the smoothest process we’ve ever experienced in purchasing a home. We submitted the application online and within 30 minutes we had received our first call back with an introduction and steps with what will happen next. It was that way throughout the entire process. Excellent communication throughout! We were able to close on our home in 30 days without any issues and all is due to the wonderful staff that was working with us during our process. Great communication and support with some, seemingly complicated issues.
The process towards buying my new home started with selling my old one. The sale took much longer than I anticipated which delayed my purchase. The purchase date was very close to the end of my company's relocation period and Veterans United worked diligently with everyone involved around the Christmas Holiday to get me an early close and meet my timeliness. They were beyond courteous helpful every step of the way.
I was searching for a VA loan and saw the ad for veterans united. My friends nephew used VU when he relocated back to North Carolina. I would recommend to anyone to call Veterans United first.
